Thanks to everyone that made this week possible! Here's a recap video:

Happy (and slightly moist) Thursday everyone!

I'm glad to say that the rain and bad weather passed through with no interruption to major activities both last night and this morning! Today we are all busy preparing for Oscar night and the after-party, so stay tuned for that!

Before the after-party, a touching tribute to long-time director and heart of the family Miss Ruby took place to celebrate her years with us and to wish her a happy retirement.

Good Wednesday afternoon, everyone! Today's been a busy day of worship and workshops before lunch.

After dinner, it was time to climb the rock wall!

Happy Tuesday! Today started off with family time, which meant games and a lesson in loving others.

Then later on, we broke up to do workshops. Some went to rehearse lines, others went to set up the stage set, and others learned the tools of the trade back in the tech booth.

We were lucky to get all this in before the rain hit. Once it did, we were safe in our cabins. It passed quickly, though, and after dinner was talent night!

Parents: We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Smugmug passwords you received at check-in have changed. An email should be sent to you with the updated passwords. Thank you for your patience.

Good morning and happy Monday! Rivervale campers received a special surprise when the local AirEvac team landed their helicopter on camp this morning! The kids got to ask questions, look inside the helicopter, and find out just what it takes to be a field medic.

After that, it was worship and workshop time! Everyone got "sorted" into their various groups, be it set design, tech, paparazzi, actors, etc. Everyone is playing an important role.

And, of course, there was swim time.

Today's bible study focused around commandments; what they are, why we should follow them, etc.

To begin this week, I want to post a heartfelt thank you. To parents and guardians: thank you for trusting us with your kids. To the kids at camp: thank you for coming! None of what is to follow would be possible without you all.

With that said, I'd like to wish everyone a happy check-in day! After everyone got signed in and acquainted, it was time for basketball then a short workshop before dinner.

After dinner, it was time for swim tests, vespers, and then bed!
