Worship Blog

Tonight was our last night at Vesper Hill, and the energy was absolutely breathtaking. After singing "Mighty to Save", we talked about how it is important to talk to God on a regular basis. Whether it is simply telling God that you've had a bad day, or giving thanks to God for something amazing that has happened, communicating with God is crucial!

Dinner

In celebration of Independence Day, we had a wonderful red, white, and blue cookout at the waterfront. Campers got to enjoy hot dogs, baked beans, celery, carrots, oranges, grapes, and s'mores for dessert!

Camp Song!

Check out these campers singing the classic camp song "Boom Chika Boom"!

Scripture Focus

Today during Hoopla, the kid campers got the chance to learn about Godly victory by hearing the story of David defeating Goliath. Follow along by reading 1 Samuel 17.

Lunch

For lunch today, campers got a taste of classic Tex-Mex food, in the form of beef soft tacos, nachos, Spanish rice, and churros for dessert. Not a single taco remained!

Breakfast

For breakfast this morning, campers got to enjoy biscuits and gravy, as well as hash brown triangles. Breakfast was certainly both tasty and filling! Today is going to be awesome without a doubt!

Worship Blog

Tonight at Vesper Hill, the main focus was that God has amazing plans for each and everyone of us! We are like seeds in the fact that God acts as water in the way that he gives us life. We are able to grow thanks to his never ending love. God has big plans for all of us, and it is important to listen for his call. After a day filled with fun, families were able to reflect upon how God was truly responsible for making all of the amazing memories possible. One of the biggest highlights of the night, was the amazing energy that swept through Vesper Hill while everyone sang "Jesus Paid it All". God was definitely present tonight! For dinner tonight, campers got to enjoy chicken sandwiches, macaroni & cheese, broccoli, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert! It was quite the meal!

Lunch

Today for lunch, families got to chow down on some delicious turkey wraps, potato chips, carrots, and apple sauce. The meal will definitely help provide energy for an afternoon full of excitement, and fun activities!
