- God has a plan and purpose for our lives. Exactly where he wants us to be. All part of his divine plan
- We tend to get really good at “being a Christian” but we must walk through life humble and selfless
- We must learn to forgive and have humility to those around us
- Forgiveness is something we need to do freely
- In Jesus we are given the perfect example

Devotions
Todays small groups talked about the following questions during their first activity round;
- Does God send Adam and Eve out of the garden because He wants them to be unhappy or because of the choices they made?
- Do you ever feel like you are punished just for the heck of it or is it truly because of the choices you make?
- What does the serpent do for Adam and Eve?
- Do you ever feel like there are people in your life who distract, deceive, or lie to you?
- Do you ever feel like you have to live up to a certain standard or be perfect all the time? Does that pressure come from yourself or someone else in your life?
- Do you think it is possible to know the whole Bible and still not know Jesus? Why? How?
- If you can’t be good enough and everyone has sinned does that take any pressure off the need to be perfect?
- If you can’t earn God’s love through your actions, how do you encounter God’s love?
- How can you encourage each other to receive what God has for you?
This is a lot of information and some really deep questions. Our purpose of sharing this with you is to give you the opportunity when your camper is back home with you to discuss some of these questions with them! Take this to your advantage and grow in your faith with your camper when this week is over.
