End Of The Week Video!
A video compilation of the activities in which the kids participated in and some of the testimonies of those who have seen Christ this week at Epworth Forest.
The campers had a choice tonight. A choice to make a decision to get off the fence.
Jesus calls us to follow Him, know His word, perform good deeds for others, and by doing these things Hid grace gives us life.
Our hearts long for a life worth living, and through Him we are more than enough.
Epworth's Got Talent!
Today was Epworth's annual talent show! Our campers had lots of different talents to share! There was singing, dancing, magic tricks, and even water bottle flipping. It was quite the show, to say the least!
Last Full Day of Camp!
Who is My Neighbor?
We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
2 Corinthians 5: 20
We all have a choice when we decide how we want to deal with injustices affecting our world and community. We can either live lives as Christ's ambassadors, and go out in action, or choose to be defeated by our silence.
To reconcile with others is to right the wrongs that affect their lives, and God calls us to this action.
We won't be able to do and fix everything, but everyone is able to do and fix something.
It is in the hurt and broken places of the world, that our light will shine the brightest.
Slippin' Into the Day!
Our campers beat the heat today by hanging out at the lake front and having fun on the slip 'n slide!

It's Already Wednesday!
Activities Coordinator Kayla Coleman tells us what's happening!
We Must Not Be Silent.
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?
Like Esther, we must spread light and deliver justice even if we feel God may be silent in our lives. The world is full of injustice, hatred, and violence. Our job, as God's children, is to not let us be stifled or silent.
Our job is to go out and be the people of light-- for we were made to help in such a time as this.
Epworth Can Handle the Fear!
Today campers participated in Fear Factor, a competition that challenged students to get out of their comfort zones and work as a team!

A Quick Check In!
Activities Staff Member Alex Lich lets us know what's planned for the day!
We Are Loved.
Sometimes we may think our worth is determined by how well we are doing in school, if our friends are cool enough, or if we look a certain way. This feeling of seeking affirmation can sometimes be so pressing and overwhelming that we forget who we really are.
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
1 John 3:1
Our value and our worth comes from only our Creator, not our earthly relationships. God reminds us of who we are constantly-- we are loved children of God and we get to share in the victory that Christ has for us here on earth.
Monday In The Sun!
It might've been hot outside, but it's a good thing our campers are so cool! They participated in a large game of dodgeball, a volleyball tournament, and so many more fun and challenging activities at Epworth! Here are some pictures from the day.

What's Going On?
Assistant Program Manager MK Dudley tells us about what's happening here at Epworth!
Who You Are.
How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand— when I awake, I am still with you.
Psalm 139: 17-18
In the beginning, God created a copious amount of "things". He created each grain of sand, each drop of water, and each and every star in the sky. Because of how vast and marvelous the universe in which He created is, it is easy to think that we are not important.
But we are.
Ephesians 2:10 tells us that we are all masterpieces, created with intention and purpose, and just like the grains of sand and stars in the sky, God watches and listens to each one of us.
Move In Day!
Today kids said, "See ya later!" to their families and, "Hello!" to the Epworth Forest Summer Staff. We are so excited to have your kids here with us this week!
Beginning the Week!
Program Manager Stacy Hartman gives us the update on what's going on tonight and throughout the rest of the week!
